The classic candy cane Christmas treat is really bad for anyone with braces, but luckily they are a lot of alternatives that you can indulge on during the holiday season. Make a cup of hot chocolate and then melt a candy inside of it. This helps avoid the crunch while giving you the full candy cane flavors. Look for other candy cane flavored treats including soft chocolates and ice creams.
